Note: The filing fees (for the documents and forms) are separate and distinct from the legal fees we charge to prepare your case.
How long does the immigration process take ?
This is also case-specific, depending on the type of application, country of origin and of residence, among other factors. The firm cannot determine how long the government will take to review and decide your case, but we can provide estimates based on national trends, and statistics published by the U.S. government and agencies. We can however establish a timeline for us to work together, prepare and submit the case.
